TRADITIONAL THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Description:

Traditional Thai massage is done on the floor. It rarely uses oils or lotions, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body of the recipient. In this process, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being.

Duration: 1h and 15min.

SPORTS MASSAGE

A sports massage is typically a combination of several massage techniques that are tailored to your affected muscle groups based on the activities that you do. A properly administered sports massage can help flush the lactic acid out of your body. There are two types of sports massages that can benefit athletes depending on when you schedule your appointment and your race schedule.

If you have a race coming up you will want to receive a lighter massage. But, if you are in between events and have specific issues, your sessions can focus on deep-tissue massages in problem areas. Both are beneficial but the pre-race massage will stimulate your muscles whereas the post-race massage is more of a cool-down/recovery massage.

BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

The goal of the session is to embody the presence, remind the body what it feels like to be still and open to the wisdom that comes in whispers.

During the session we investigate into the nature of all imbalances that exist within your body, allowing for dis-empowering energies, emotions, old memories and programs to come forth to be purified and released at their own pace. The goal is to restore and reclaim your sovereign Power and Stillness. This form of bodywork uses gentle touch to manipulate the joints of the cranium, spinal cord and sacrum in order to regulate the flow of celebrospinal fluid to its optimum potential.

It is a way of remembering who we are, and why we are here, all expressed in the bodies, fluids, tides, cells, organs, chakras, meridians, discovering how our awareness supports our bodies and how our bodies supports the well-being of our existence.

A journey of physical transformation which our bodies are our greatest resource that provide us the direct path to bridge the unconscious and conscious mind, exploring limiting belief systems and the emotions tied to them that manifest as sensations.
